At WTF4X4, we want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Free from damage caused after delivery
Opened packaging is okay — we just ask that the product itself hasn't been used.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wtf4x4.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used or installed
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@wtf4x4.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
